INTIMATES AND DETAILS

A collection of intimate landscapes, abstracts, and details. Eye catching color, exotic locations, and scenes with "epic" light all dominate our social media feeds in an attempt to hold our attention for a second or two but for me, I seek to photograph more subtle, quiet scenes. When I am out in nature, I slow down and focus on visual design elements that catch my eye. These include light, lines, shapes, patterns, texture, fleeting moments, and color to help convey the experience of a location or to show the hidden beauty all around us.
